This ear cuff will be made to order. Because of the nature of handmade items, slight variances between pieces is to be expected.

All orders will only ship to the address provided to etsy during checkout. Please make sure you have entered the correct address at the time of purchase. Shipping addresses cannot be edited after purchase is complete.

All ear cuffs are made to fit an average size ADULT ear.

***Returns and exchange details***

I will only accept returns of merchandise if an item is found to be defective. If it is an item I can re-create I will do so and send the new one. If it is not an item I can recreate I will offer either a replacement with an item of similar value from my shop, or a refund, whichever the customer chooses. The item in question must be returned to me (customer pays return shipping) before I will issue a refund or send a replacement item. If the item is indeed found to be defective, the cost of return shipping will also be refunded.

No refund is given for items that are not defective.

Customer must contact me within 3 days after the delivery date shown on tracking to inquire about the return. All contact must be made through Etsy's private message system. Proof of shipment and tracking info must be sent to me within 7 days after original delivery date as shown on tracking.

I will accept returns only if there are no obvious signs of abuse to the item in question. If it appears the item has been abused in any way I will return the item to the customer AS IS.
